EASY LIFE

The EASY LIFE range of butt fusion welding machines manages the welding cycle in a semi-automatic way. The machines incorporate the new EASY LIFE control System and Gear Case that enable a quick and simple selection of pressure, time and temperature which can be modified whenever necessary. All machines are self-aligning and are supplied complete with base machine, heating plate and support, milling cutter, EASY LIFE gear case and a complete set of reduction insert clamps. The EASY LIFE in-built memory can store up to 400 welding cycles which can be summarised in a PDF format and transferred through a USB port.

CNC Butt Fusion Machines

Butt fusion welding can be managed automatically by using the Delta Dragon CNC system; this eliminates any risk of error due to the operator. It is available in two versions: SA (Semi-Automatic) and FA (Fully Automatic). The CNC systems are available for the Delta Dragon 250B and 315B models. The easy to use software and control panel allow the operator to select from a variety of common welding standards, select pipe diameter and SDR from which the machine automatically calculates the required welding parameter (pressure, time and temperature). The CNC in-built memory can store up to 600 welding cycles which can be summarised in a PDF format and transferred through a USB port.
