The drive offers a high torque at low RPM. Can drill pressurised plastic pipes with a DN150 ISO-flanged saddle up to PN16. The hot tapping of pressurized PE pipes can only be done after the welding of the saddle and a
following pressure test.
The geometry of the core cutters (diameter and length) is attuned to the available Plasson saddles so that after drilling, the full inner diameter of the branch available can be used (full bore).
